Unsure about beginning therapy services? Are you looking for a one-time psychoeducational consultation for information about a specific topic? Looking for more accountability/life coaching? Or, is there a service you did not see offered and you want to discuss the options of additional/custom services? If so, a consultation/assessment meeting is the right choice.

Common consultations for any of the below options will last the length of a 60 minute session and will cost the same as a 60 minute session ($75). This is a no-obligation meeting to discuss your topic/question of concern. When scheduling, please provide as much detail in the consultation request as possible so I can be prepared with relevant information – otherwise a second consultation meeting at the same cost may be required. You are also welcome to book a 2 hour consultation for $130. Please note: if we end early, the full price will still be charged.

• Discuss mental health needs and evaluate if outpatient therapy is the right level of care for your concern (not the same as an intake therapy session)
• Professional Consultation – discussion mental health questions and utilizing Mj as a subject matter expert
